Start up DVD Decrypter with non-region 2 DVD in drive. Decrypter immediately
displays a window with this message "possible RCE Protection found! Please
select the region shown on the disc's cover/case/box. Note: this doesn't
afffect the region code of the drive"
Select region from list and click OK
Then you get another window with this message "media region code is
mismatched to logical unit region! The slower "Brute Force" cracking methods
will be used instead of I/O Key Exchange"
Then you just click OK and the software will rip the disk no problem. I've
done it plenty of times before.
