One law I'm happy to see enforced. Parking too close to a junction
causes a hazard. It's rife around here. Cars should be towed away
until the useless twats learn to park properly.
The worst offenders are those who park almost nose to tail right
around a corner forcing pedestrians to walk into the road and on the
road for a considerable distance in order to cross a junction. Quite
dangerous especially for mothers pushing prams and wheelchair users.
