I agree with you on that point, some petty fucking American seller just
left me my first neutral yesterday, why? because they forgot to charge me
$5 extra for international postage and then demanded it from me, this was
after I'd paid their invoice & received the item.
The kicker? the stamp on the item was $1.60, I'd already paid $10 postage
Reading the eBay newsgroups over the years I've noticed that it's nearly
always the low price items that sellers get the most hassle with
regarding payment & feedback.
Well at least I still have no negatives after over 600 transactions :)
