In a dispute Paypal does get your money back. The trouble is they
take a large chunk of it as an 'administration fee' - something
ridiculous like £14. The wife got ripped off to the tune of £90. They
'recovered' £76... ie they recovered £90 and took £14 for themselves.
As insurance premiums go, that's a bit forking steep IMHO.
