Finished watching the first season of this and I must say that it took me a
while to get into the show before I was intrigued. The pacing of the show is
different from what I am used to and took some time to adjust to it. I enjoy
the anyone could die factor of the show. The grimness and the different way
that life was valued do make a refreshing change from other dramas.
Watching this Rome, Lost and the Sopranos, has provided me with some quality
TV in the recent month or so. Probably explains my lack of watching anything
on the big screen. Then have the reruns of the Mary Whitehouse experience to
go before the end of this month. Wifes studying so the perfect excuse for me
to shut my self out of her way and couch on the sofa.
Have to wonder how long the show will last ? What sort of deal is Ian
Mcshane tied into and I cant believe he was in Dallas.
