Sorry to OT you guys but this is essentially for DVD viewing and I
don't want to have to monotor a home AV NG for one thread.

The more I look, the more I get confused about HD Plasmas

Does anyone have a good resource for info?
Anyone found a good deal?

I see some HDTV Plasmas at 50htz and some at 60 and 100?? I am
assuming the higher the refresh, the better.

My DVD does progressive scan via component, does that require 100htz?

What brands should I avoid? I see some good prices on LG but reviews
are hard to find. "LG" is a vague search term.

Any advice appreciate
