if you didnt already get the names and dates of the people who spoke to, do
that tomorrow. tell them you've phoned twice already to be told they would
call you back and you've have enough of the poor service so you want thier
name so you know who to complain about if they don't call you back. i would
also suggest you ask to speak to a supervisor tomorrow. just tell them
straight away that you want to speak to a supervisor as you've already been
on twice and had no luck, so you want to speak to a supervisor to complain
about the poor service and get a suitable reply. everyone in a big company
has a line manager they will report to, unless they are the boss, so don't
take any crap from them if they say they are in charge and you can't speak
to anyone else, if they don't ask them for their line managers name and
address so you can write and complain, but insist they still get back to you
with a reply to your query. if that doesn't make them pull the finger out
then i don't know what will
