Never fill in those *unsubscribe* e-mails - all you do is validate your
e-mail address and you get deluged in spam. The best way to avoid spam is to
a buy a domain name because the bots mostly go after the @yahoo,
@blueyonder, @aol etc. addresses and if you need to provide a working addy
for a web sign-up then use one of those self-destructing e-mail addresses -
once you have got the serial number or login - you don't need the addy again
so it dies after 24 hours
