thanks for keeping us updated. when you call them, tell them that a few
other owners have reported the same issue, and they have different tv's, and
have changed the tv's settings, so what exactly is supposedly wrong with the
tv and what can be done about it. if you don't get a satisfactory result,
ask to speak to a supervisor, and get their name and you can email them with
the details and ask them for a better response. if you get no luck from that
by the end of the week, i'll get in touch myself
