The three unaired ones were 'Trash', 'Heart Of Gold' and 'The Message'.
The problem with 'The Train Job' which aired first is that they had to
spend time at the beginning of the episode giving you all the important
information that viewers should have got from the pilot. There isn't
anything wrong with the episode once they get past that.
Having said that, in my view, the worst episode (I'd have to nominate
'Bushwhacked' or 'Heart Of Gold') is better than 99% of other TV shows.

There are conflicting views on that. I saw a video clip of a question
asked at a panel Joss and some of the cast did at a convention. When
asked if there was a deal that new Firefly episodes couldn't be made for
a certain amount of time (10 years was the rumour) Joss said he wasn't
aware of any such deal. Others claim there is such a deal.
Universal do have a deal to make 3 movies, and all the cast are signed
up for those. I suspect that new episodes couldn't be made anyway until
the three movies are done, or Universal decide they are not going to
make any more.
Things aren't looking good for a sequel right now. The US box office is
not very impressive up to and including Friday night. I'm hoping it
picks up saturday and today. if it doesn't I think some cinemas will
drop it. The movie has had excellent reviews pretty much everywhere but
I guess the lack of a big name star has hurt it. Not that I would want
the cast changed as they are all far too good for that. I just hope good
word-of-mouth helps the figures to pick up.
I read that the movie opened in the number 2 spot in te UK, only
narrowly beaten by Pride & Prejudice.
Saw Serenity again last night, and it gets better every time. Think a
4th trip to see it may be in order soon as I have a few days off coming
up! Let me know what you thought of the movie when you have seen it. I'm
always interested to hear opinions on it.
Jason.
