Maybe, but I've authored DVDs on my Win98 machine, the 4gb filesize limit
doesn't stop copying video DVDs in file mode but does hinder creating
them because of the 4gb filesize limit. I'm working with up to 34gb avis
at the moment on my Win2k machine for DVD creating, something I'd find
very tricky on my 98 machine.
