Why not just use UAE? On a decent PC, it's faster than a vanilla 1200 and
I'm guessing your PC is equipped with a better monitor than the Amiga.
If you must have the discs, someone's selling Workbench 3.1 on ebay for
9.99+shipping. That may only useful if you have an Amiga Technologies
(rather than Commodore) A1200, though. IIRC, the Commodore branded
A1200's were mostly Kickstart 3.0.
