INCD is a seperate app that comes with the Nero package IIRC, which
allows a disc to be written to as though its a floppy. Just try killing
that process off (or uninstall it if you don`t know what it is / don`t
use it !)
Discs are cheap enough now for it to be worth not piddling around trying
to get non-standard formats that require drivers to work going on all
the machines you may need to use them on.
