thanks for the info. i taped that documentary, but was dissapointed when it
wasnt released on dvd with an SE of the wall. they released the SE dvd of
the wall, but afaik it was the same disc in different packaging so i didnt
get it as i already had both pal and ntsc copies. it gets to be a pain
buying so many reissues. i have four copies of the man who fell to earth
now, but as the criterion edition doesnt have the new 5.1 dts mix its not
the ultimate edition it could be, altho rather nice, and the best so far

i'll have to try and track down the 2 disc dvd you mention, as i only have
the nyc show on vhs which i got over 10 years ago now. i thought it was
watchable and good quality for the age, although the picture suffers from
being too dark

i dont suppose you know anymore about the mastered dvds roger got? is it
going to get a release sometime?
