Download and install Azureus from here:
http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
Then go to either:
www.torrentspy.com
or
www.thepiratebay.com seach for Lost. Find the version you want, check
comments left by other users to see if there are any problems - buggy out of
sync audio isn't an uncommon complaint, then if you're happy with what
you've read, open the torrent and away you go.
