Batman Returns is still cut (7 seconds for 'imitable technique'). Can't
confirm whether Batman Forever is cut or not, there's no new information on
the BBFC's site. It looks like it might be uncut though as the discs all
have multi language/subtitles with the exception of Batman Returns which is
in English only.
They are available from Australia for AU$17.23 each (less than 8 quid at the
current exchange rate!) from www.ezydvd.com.au. All are uncut.
