I tried that. That's why I said "I can find no evidence for this".
I didn't realise you were in the business of setting homework. I thought
you'd simply made a seemingly factual statement which upon investigation
turned out to be entirely without foundation.
You can still prove me wrong though. You are only two TARIC codes away
from vindication!
