Worst film of the Blade Trinity, by a long shot. Blade was excellent,
Blade II pretty good too, but Blade Trinity is pretty dire, IMO. Wesley
Snipes looks far too old for the role and there is no storyline to speak
of. All way too contrived to cash-in on the earlier films I reckon. That
said, like the other flms it has a very good audio soundtrack.
As for normal or extended, I went for the extended release simply
because it has both cuts of the film on-board. I only watched the normal
cut though - a guy I worked with watched the extended version, and by
all accounts the ending (which I won't give away) is very poor,
apparently, and makes a nonsense of what storyline there is.
If both are the same price, get the extended edition and make your own
mind up. If pennies are tight, stick to the normal cut - you won't be
disappointed (within reason).
