I really do doubt that - shot on film yes, but film can be shot at 25fps
also.
why would someone making a music video do 24fps when the purpose of the film
is to promote the song on tv - sounding normal.

or to put it another way, when you watch music video channels on tv, how
come the songs are normal pitch, normal tempo......
