I gave my mum an old Nokia phone with T-Mobile pay-as-you-go
She didn't use it for about 10 months and now wants to use it only to find
that it won't now receive incoming calls - the message says something like
"this phone is currently not receiving calls"
Do I need to get a new SIM?
