They want 10 to re-connect it. The guy I spoke said to go to the shops and
top up the card with 20 and then ring them and he would take the 10
reconnection off the top-up

It is only one of those cheap grey Nokias that everyone seemed to have a few
years back - so what do you reckon about buying a new sim instead?
