Have you phoned them up, or enquired online? When I could not find a code
for my player I phoned them up and they uploaded the required details to the
handset over the telephone as the support was not built in by default -
there was also an option for doing it over the internet but that didn't seem
to work. This was a few years so it may have changed, and it will depend on
what remote you have.
