I just waited nearly two weeks for a CD to arrive, so rang to tell them I
won't be using them again, to be told they have had quite a few complaints
and they realise they've dropped the ball - not that they have stopped
taking orders or anything, or they are fixing it, or doing anything apart
from saying that they are saving the customer money, with no VAT and free
postage!
