Download Xi Net Transport from http://www.xi-soft.com
Then you just need the actual address of the stream. Easy if you use
Firefox, just right click anywhere on the page containing the embedded
stream and choose View Page Info, then select the Media tab and find
the link to the video.
Then copy / paste this into Xi and it will stream the video saving it
to your HD as it does so.
