I can't help with that set, but some dvds can have (some) problems with some
dvd players. It shouldn't happen of course, but it does. I think it's
possibly something to do with the quality of the pressing or something, plus
the players ability to overlook inconsistencies/imperfections in the disc.
Or something.
If she finds another dvd that gives trouble, but no trouble to anyone else,
she should really send the dvd player/combi back. Another of same model
might give the same problems though.
....Maybe she should take her WW set into the shop to test on in-store models
(same & different to her own)?
