It works both ways of course. Look at the following in Firefox and IE:

Firefox and Opera both wrap the floating image of the studio below the
navigation panel on the right if the page is too narrow. In Internet
Explorer, the image overlaps the navigation bar so you can't see the
links anymore.
[X]HTML, CSS and DOM standards along with JavaScript are now so large and
so complicated that no implementation is without bugs. There are
countless edge cases which specifications do not precisely cover, forcing
browser authors to make implementation decisions on the spot.
