20 for a uk DVD player that will output NTSC from pal. send them a player
with the disks.
Plus any USA pc will play pal
an American VHS would not play PAL VHS
Use the timer to record the VHS tapes then no snow
But if you put the content of a 3 hour tape onto a disk what harm is the
snow. It was on the tape after all.
