DVD Pacific
The one time I wanted to cancel an order with DVD Soon I found that it would
take a MONTH to get my money back, as they said they had to look at my
reasons for wanting to cancel an order and evaluate them to see if they
considered my cancellation 'acceptable'. DVD Pacific on the other hand have
fantastic customer service - same reason I stick with CD-Wow and Play for
the majority of my R2 purchases.
