| an upside down label taht wouldnt be noticed even on display if you turned
| the case upside down? In 5 or so years time there wont even *be* labels.
The
| important thing is the contents of the dvd not the case its in.

We will have to agree to disagree. I will say that as a Nation, we are far
too excepting of poor quality goods and service, and only when we raise our
expectations (like the Americans for instance) will standards rise. The
cover sounds more of a botch, than merely an inverted cover, and I would
seriously question the lack of any insert (my Ep3 does have a four page
booklet insert for the record, so this would seem to be a strong indication
of an incomplete edition).

If you would accept this standard of new goods, then so be it. But I would
rather expect something of a reasonable "new" quality (and with a DVD that
would be fully sealed in 99% of cases) - To describe someone as anal because
they have reasonable expectations when purchasing new goods is very harsh
and unfair.

Clearly we all have differing standards here, but to expect something to
appear new and un-tampered with is not a fault on the part of that
individual.

Ian
