I wonder where this leaves the 6 or so bidders who purchased "chances" at 15
quid each?
Given that the bidders paid instantly, has a contract been formed legally?
If so can they insist that the seller honour the terms of his/her auction?
Does Ebay pulling the listing nullify the contract?
The seller may well be sweating a bit if the lottery balls fall the wrong
way on Wednesday. He/she may have sold an Xbox premium system for 90 quid
minus PayPal and Ebay fees :)
