I would say it does. The "auction" hadnt finished - and they would
just say its null and void. Strangely, I bought a nokia phone vibrator
motor - went and collected it (it was local) and then a bout 2 weeks
later, I get an email saying the auction was void! God knows why.
Nothing dodgy about it in the slightest!

Nah, if the tickets hadnt sold, is one thing, but not when ebay refuse
to let him sell and have pulled the plug. He just needs to refund the
dosh - and assuming he does, I doubt anyone will moan. Hardly his
fault ebay are a bunch of tossers!
