It would appear so!

describe it as "the four disc version", and they seem to acknowledge no
other on their web site.
I have the original five disc version, released on July 19th 2004, with the
episodes on four discs in one case and a fifth "extras" disc in a separate
case. The complete "Strange Report" logo was only visible on the spine when
both were put side by side, as most of the word "Strange" was on the extras
disc.
I notice that Amazon and Sendit both describe only the four disc version
with a release date of 31st August 2005, while Play still describe the five
disc version, which could mean they still have old stock or that they have
not realized they should have updated their web site.
Perhaps Network decided they wanted to reduce the price, or perhaps there
was a copyright problem over something in the extras package.
