well with Play.com its a different story for me.
sent back a faulty Nintendo DS a while back and they said they would send an
immediate replacement, when does it get sent out? yesterday (21st) so the
chance of me receiving that for the xmas present I intend it to be is very
very slim!! bought one from the shop today so they can have that one back
and give me a refund.
I really like play and playuse but sometimes I would happily pay postage
rather than wait.
