I've a similar problem with mine when the Sky output and DVD's input and
output is switched to RGB, (Flicks too far over to the left and slight
rolling vertical lines across the picture!)
A thought for the O.P is have you gone to the inputs/outputs and set the RGB
on the DVD recorder as well as the digibox? (mines a Panasonic DMR E50 so
yours should be similar with the settings)
Can't help with your viewing through, A large church in front of our
properties blocks all terrestrial signals so can't use the inbuilt tuner.
It does sound like you could have one of the UHF connectors between
VCR/Sky/DVD Recorder mixed up....Pretty simple to get one wrong!
