Can't be done at speed. Use the Sky+ CXopy option to create a playlist of
recorded programs that you want to record to your DVDRecorder. Then hit
record on the Pany, play on the Sky box and leave it to it overnight. Then
finalise your DVD in the morning.

Video Plus is for programming to record live TV programs so is not relevant
to your need.
