Seems a bit dumb getting a kiddie all wound up for something you have
no control over. Or getting yourself all wound up for that matter. So
you're all disappointed. That's life. Lesson learned?

So a home-made cutsie card didn't get shown on National TV? I can
think of many things worse - like not having ny family to be with -
like not having anyone give a toss if it's your birthday anniversary -
like not even knowing if it *is* your birthday anniversary or just a
date someone picked - like knowing you won't see your next birthday
anniversary - like knowing the person you care about most isn't here
on their birthday anniversary - like a grizzling weenie who's been
promised the earth and the moon on a stick and is now throwing a
tantrum.

Get real.

The Vulcan neck pinch isn't half as effective as the Vulcan groin kick,
but it is more politically correct.
