Understandable. There appears to be so many different opinions at http://www.avforums.com/ that I
don't know who or what to believe :-(
Mine has been running for some 230 and I can't see any problems with either burn in or retention. I
did change the setting on AV1 for lower contrast, brightness, colour etc. (AV1 being my cable
channel and the most watched), but have not bothered with the others (terrestrial and digital) as I
left these at the factory settings.
