Hello
Often the "retail" (OEM) version arrives in a plain brown box (usually with
the most basic of instructions).
Additionally, bundled software is normally not included (you literally just
get the card). They are intended for use by "system builders".
I can't comment specifically on the FX5200 from Amazon though (reading the
descriptions, it is a little difficult to tell).
