Someone I know wants to take a DVD with a home recording and then add music
over it, add menus and rolling credits.
Which software can do this for a newbie (i.e someone who wont want to spend
hours learning?)
The data on the disc will be VOB files burnt off a standalone DVD Recorder.
IIRC Nero comes with something to make menus and credits for DVDs but can
you overdub the audio?
