Hi all,
I moved house yesterday so I'm knackered and I've got a tonne of Ikea
chipboard arriving tomorrow morning. That's the sympathy vote over.
A good friend of mine is seeking a reasonable LCD TV but I told them not to
believe the "HD Ready" symbol (in case they're not HDCP or sufficient
resolution).
They've come up with a shortlist and sent me this email:
Please can you have a look into the following for us:
Sharp LC32GA6E circa 899
Panasonic TX26LXD52 circa 795
Panasonic 32LXD500 - possibly the same as the TX32LXD500 circa1,300.
If you see any other 32" Panasonics which meet the bill please let me
know. According to my research the above should all be HD ready, HDMI and
the Sharp says its HDCP - not sure about the Panasonics in terms of HDCP.
If any of you can shed any light on any of these or recommend these or
other, please LMK.
I'd research it all myself but I just haven't the time atm.
TIA
Rolo
