when i have ever got stuff from the states the only amount on the packaging
is the dvd price not p&p and i have also read somewhere postage is not
included so you can spend just under 18 quid and not worry, also be very
careful not to get too close to that amount as customs exchange rate may
differ from the sites. Last year i bought 3 dvds that came to 17.93 but
when it arrived it was 18.09 and i got charged duties, i contacted customs
and they told me there rates where higher than the store i ordered from as
they are set rates for a yearly basis not like stores that may go up and
down.
