I've bought quite a lot from them because the prices have been good,
although I shop around on each item. Because they're a French company,
anything with a plug has the 2-pin euro job, and then they'll include a UK
converter.
I've had a couple of problems, one was a delay in shipping which they did
respond to. Another was something that turned up without the plug
converter. They kept promising to send it out, and 3 emails later
apologised and refunded me 3 so I could buy my own.
One issue is that if you have to return anything you have to send it to
their office in Paris and you have to pay the shipping! In which case I
would just go direct to the manufacturer.
