They are legally obliged to. Anything (that requires a plug) sold in the
UK must have a standard UK plug or a converter. All I did was send them
an email telling them it was missing, and after a while it got sorted. In
the meantime you can get them from Maplins for 2.50, although obviously
you shouldn't have to.
Currently I've been getting discount and free shipping, but once that runs
out, I probably won't be buying from them again.
