I'm aware that chargebacks can occur at a later stage - I use various
methods to certify the status of the payment I receive. My CC bills are
checked regularly and I take many precautions to ensure they are not
compromised - if only other people did so as well.
Fraudulent Ebay transactions regularly crop up in my line of work and
you'd be amazed at how easily folk will pass over their details.
