Well, yeah but the removeable optical format has lost a bit of ground
compared to the way that HDD's have grown though over the years :) Not so
long ago on my system that I was able to back up the entire 3gb hdd with
only 4 discs. Looking at about 20 or so now. :) For me, the dual layer
are too expensive but the single layer are just about cheap enough to buy in
bulk anyways for data backup that it's not really an issue how many it takes
to back up a drive.... Mind you, it take something about 40-45 disc's to do
one of my drives. x.x Not sure when we get rid of multiple disc's for
backup again. It's like going back to floppies :)
