It was the Ring of Pron, fell to bits because some Gypo was keeping the
stuff he received and not forwarding it on like he was supposed to.
Other people couldn't remember who they had sent to or who's was what,
it was unorganised and needed a tracker to monitor where anything
should have been at any given point.
