I asked a couple of weeks ago what people thought, and generally got
positive replies, but I'm sorry, this company is just too stupid to
survive. My wife bought me a Canon iP4200 for Christmas, but it took me
about 10 days after that to actually unbox it and set it up, only to find
that the ability to print onto CDs depended on some tray, which was
missing.
Well I've been back and forward with this for three weeks now, last week
they claimed they were going to send the part out, now this week, after
hearing nothing for 10 days, I ask them again, only to be told that that
part doesn't actually come with the printer!!!!! and so go ask Canon
myself!!
I've now asked them for a full refund, as they are just too stupid to try
and continue to have a reasonable conversation with them.
