Here is my latest message to them...do you think it's clear enough?....
AAARRRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
For crying out loud?? How bad is your customer care???? I send you a
message with three clear and definite points
1. Your service is dire
2. Please arrange for me to return my printer as it is obvious you are
too stupid to resolve this simple little problem 3. You hadn't even sent
me a UK power converter.
What do I get back??? an automated email only concerning point 3!!!!
points 1 and 2, just ignored, as they were too difficult to deal with,
so you stuck your head in the sand and hid. So now here I am again, now
even more annoyed with you.
So lets keep this simple for you, here is what you have to do...
I have phoned Canon and asked them, and they say the printer DOES ALWAYS
come with the CD Printing tray. So now read this carefully...EITHER
SEND ME THE TRAY OR AN RMA RETURN NUMBER so I can send this worthless
thing back for a refund. HOW HARD IS THAT???? CAN YOU UNDERSTAND THAT
NOW???

Thank you kindly
