I can't answer your specific question, but I love my 710 and would
thoroughly recommend it.
The only slightly bizzare things is that if you take a 16:9
anamoprphic show from the HDD and burn it to DVD using +R or +R/W
media, it transfers it as a 4:3 letterbox! All normal with -R an -R/W
media though...
