Good for you.
I've been at the mercy of double-talking commission monkeys myself and it
cost me.
Their 'it's a bit lo-tech cos it was only cheap' argument shouldn't come
into it, in fact I think they should be disciplined over lying to customers
when they are paid to do the opposite, though I don't suppose their
employers are behind that.
